 Dr. Okafor Sunday N. is a lecturer and researcher in the Department of Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Chemistry, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is involved in active research and publications in the following areas: Medicinal Chemistry, Drug Design, Organic synthesis, Computational Chemistry, Molecular modeling, Chemoinformatics and Bioinformatics. He has helped in organizing both local and international scientific conferences, and presented papers in many conferences. He has been featured as guest speaker in some scientific meetings and workshops. Dr. Okafor has published over 40 journal articles in reputable national and international Journals of high impact factors. He has reviewed so many articles for many international Journals. Currently, he is the National Secretary of Nigeria Association of Pharmacists in Academia (NAPA) and the Director of Young Researchers Forum of Nigeria (YRFN). Dr. Sunday is a part 2 student of West Africa Postgraduate College of Pharmacists, WAPCP (MPCPharm). He is a member of Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (MPSN), Nanomedicine Society of Nigeria and affiliate member of Chemical Society of Nigeria.
